My name is Julian Willoughby I am the president and founder of Wedsmart.ca, an experienced DJ, Wedding and Event Planner.  I was born in Cape Town, South Africa and lived there for twenty years prior to immigrating in 1989 to Toronto, Canada, I own and operate three companies Wedsmart.ca, RJMSounds DJ services and Taste of Cape Town.ca
