• Minimum 50 Guests
• Planning and Coordinating your Wedding

• Review all destination travel needs and research the best service providers before you travel
• Advice on cost, pit falls and advantage of a destination wedding
• Assist you in creating notices for guest as part of the service
• Assist in planning dinner activities while you on the resort
• Planner will assist in meeting the Wedding planner and Coordinator and communicate via Video Conference Skype
• Help in the setup and design of the reception
• Help in greeting the guest prior to the ceremony
• Help in leading the guest for photos and then greeting them at the reception
